Prague has many beautiful churches, both Protestant and Catholic, to choose from if you are considering a church wedding in one of the most beautiful cities of Europe... Generally it is not too difficult to have a church wedding in this country. The ceremony can be held in English and you can meet your priest after you arrive, having sent us your documents in advance to prepare legal matters. There are several denominations entitled by the government of the Czech Republic to carry out church ceremonies. We can provide you with the list of these.
Like in the civil wedding, we will also need your birth certificates and certificates of no impediments to marry, from most countries legalized by an apostille, from other countries with superlegalization. The Catholic church requires your baptism certificates, letter from your home priest and certificate of your completion of the prenuptial course from your home parish.
